The Ontario Virtual Care Clinic is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m Monday to Friday for non-urgent health concerns. French language services are available between 4pm and 8pm.

If you have a family doctor, please consult them first.

This service is for: Simple health questions regarding cold, cough, flu, allergies, rash, womens health issues, pain, chronic disease management, or medication questions.

Not to be used for: Narcotic prescriptions or renewal (includes sleeping pills), chest pain, breathing difficulties, heart palpitations, active bleeding, stroke, burns, spinal or head injury/trauma, in labour or ruptured membranes, neck stiffness/altered consciousness.

Patient Checklist:

  • OHIP card
  • Internet access
  • Phone/tablet/computer with audio and camera
  • Email address
  • Cell number for notifications
  • Patient is over the age of 1 year
  • Patient/caregiver can read and speak English
